Data Science to speed up the Development of Vaccines

 

Since 2013, CYBERnano has been working in collaboration with Sanofi Pasteur on different data science topics for the:

·      high-throughput virus titration;
·      data-driven modeling for upstream  processes;
·      Quality-by-Design (QbD) for new processes;
·      identification of nonlinear dynamic models in virology.

In those R&D studies, our activity is to develop and test new data-driven modeling approaches for the prediction and optimization of critical biological properties. The developed computational algorithms are finally embedded in tailor-made software.
