Quality-by-Design for Bioprocess Optimization

CYBERnano has worked on different projects related to the optimization of quality and productivity in biomanufacturing processes. In each project, CYBERnano is implementing a data-driven modeling approach based on design of experiments and efficient data analysis tools. The same approach was also applied on the optimization of therapeutic schemes  to control the benefice-risk balance.

Exemple of results for the optimization of an extraction process. Trois facteur de production ont été testés: durée, température et ratio. Les courbes de niveau représentent une réponse liée à la quantité de produit récupéré.
